RESTORATIVE JUSTICE HUB
ABOUT THE HUB
The May 9, 2026, reopening of the Mercer County Restorative Justice Hub (The Hub) aims to reestablish a trusted restorative space, reduce conflict escalation, engage youth through various programs.
Located at 16 West State Street in downtown Trenton, The Hub is designed to serve as a neutral, accessible, youth centered space where restorative practices and supportive services can be delivered in real time—before conflicts escalate into violence or system involvement.
The Hub will continue to serve young people aged 12–26 in Trenton and Mercer County who may be experiencing conflicts, school or court involvement, community violence exposure, and emotional stress.
We are committed to providing immediate restorative and wellness services to youth and young adults to address community violence and related challenges through nonpunitive, supportive interventions.
At The Hub, key services include:
-
Restorative Circles and Conflict Response
-
Youth Mentorship and Leadership Development
-
Fitness and Wellness Programming

THE TRENTON RESTORATIVE STREET TEAM
We address trauma and advance restorative care and practices including peace circles, community conferences, grief groups, candlelight vigils, survival groups, and victim services. Our objective is to leverage the programs and services we provide to empower residents to move beyond hurt towards hope again. We will do this by offering mental health support, youth mentoring, parenting classes, financial literacy seminars, entrepreneurial empowerment training, home ownership workshops, and more.
