Dr. Roz McCarthy is a purpose-driven executive, entrepreneur, and advocate committed to advancing health equity and economic opportunity. As Founder and CEO of Minorities for Medical Marijuana (M4MM), she has led national efforts to expand patient access, support diverse entrepreneurs, and shape cannabis policy rooted in fairness and inclusion.

She is also the founder of Black Buddha Cannabis, a multi-state brand focused on mindful living and culturally connected wellness experiences. Through her consulting firm, The Genesis Group, Dr. McCarthy has spent over a decade helping organizations bridge strategy, culture, and community impact.
