Trenton Restorative
Street
Team
The Trenton Restorative Street Team (TRST) is a group of professionally trained community engagement practitioners committed to promoting peace and healing through restorative justice practices and trauma-informed care. We build strategic relationships by practicing the 5 L's method (Listen, Learn, Lament, Love, Lead). We operate in the North and West Wards connecting with residents through community events, walks, roundtable discussions and forums.
Most importantly, we address trauma and advance restorative care and practices including peace circles, community conferences, grief groups, candlelight vigils, survival groups, and victim services. Our objective is to leverage the programs and services we provide to empower residents to move beyond hurt towards hope again. We will do this by offering mental health support, youth mentoring, parenting classes, financial literacy seminars, entrepreneurial empowerment trainings, home ownership workshops, and more.

The Restorative Justice Hub will be holding circle discussions across the North and West Wards of Trenton. Join the conversation by RSVPing below.
