Tracey Syphax

Tracey D. Syphax is Pres. & CEO of Phax Group LLC & Founder of From the Block to the Boardroom LLC. He is also author of the award winning the autobiography 'From the Block to the Boardroom" 

Named one of the 25 Most Influential African Americans in New Jersey in 2016, Mr. Syphax is a 2014 Pres. Obama White House "Champion of Change for his diligent work reentry and employment for formerly incarcerated individuals, he also is a founding partner of the Obama Administration's "Fair Chance Business Pledge.  In 2012 Mr. Syphax received Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce's Entrepreneur of the Year Award. The 1st African American to receive that honor in the 51-year history of the Chamber.  

As a leading voice on the complex problem of reentry solutions for formerly incarcerated individuals and criminal justice reform, he has been known to inspire, motivate, and educate through the 3 E’s: Education, Employment, and Entrepreneurship.
