Jared Hunter

Jared serves as the Senior Organizer for Salvation and Social Justice where he oversees the organizing efforts for our social justice campaigns & projects focused on education, civic engagement, criminal justice, and more.    

Jared holds two masters degrees in public administration and public affairs, and he is pursuing his PhD in public affairs at Rutgers University-Camden where he studies main street revitalization & public participation. In his down time, Jared enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and dogs (Sadie & Cooper), playing tennis, practicing piano, and building up his side hustle, “Pigeon Man Restoration & Repair” where he repairs and restores vintage furniture and other trinkets (like typewriters and clocks).
